David joined the OFD team in 2024. Before joining OFD, Enloe was President and CEO of Societal CDMO, Inc. (formerly Recro Pharma), where he led a successful take-private transaction with a leading life sciences private equity firm. He previously served as President and CEO of Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services, overseeing the integration of four CDMOs into a global, fully integrated organization. In 2009, he founded Vivante GMP Solutions, one of the first gene therapy CDMOs, later acquired by Lonza, where he led the Viral Therapeutics Business Unit post-sale. Enloe began his life sciences career at Introgen Therapeutics, serving as SVP of Operations and CEO, and developing the first U.S. commercial-scale viral vector facility.

Walt Pebley is Chief Scientific Officer at OFD Life Sciences. With a passion for connecting diverse engineering disciplines, Walt has spent decades expanding the boundaries of freeze-dry technology. Originally studying cell biology before earning a degree in agricultural engineering from Oregon State, his career began when he joined OFD in 1982 through a project with his father. Walt’s early insight—that freeze-drying could preserve cellular activity—sparked a new business line in cell preservation. Since then, he’s pioneered patented, scalable solutions for stabilizing compounds, cells, and inorganics. He currently collaborates with Oregon State researchers on microbiome and gut-brain health applications using functional, nutrient-dense foods. Walt is also advancing the fusion of food and medicine to support chronic disease treatment and quality of life through nutrition. He approaches innovation with a clear philosophy: “There’s always more than one solution—but with creativity and perseverance, there’s a best one.”

Marc joined Oregon Freeze Dry as CFO in January 2024, bringing over 20 years of financial leadership to the company. Prior to OFD, he served as Chief Financial Officer at DPI Specialty Foods, a national food distribution company. Earlier in his career, Marc held senior finance roles across the entertainment and food manufacturing industries, building a strong track record in financial strategy and operational efficiency. Marc’s diverse background supports OFD’s continued growth and financial performance in a dynamic and evolving marketplace.

Erica brings over 20 years of human resources leadership in the biotech and medical device industries. As Chief People Officer at OFD, she leads people strategy development and execution aligned with the company’s short- and long-term goals. Her focus spans culture and change management, talent acquisition and planning, employment branding, and performance management. Erica is passionate about implementing innovative strategies that enhance employee engagement and support operational excellence. Prior to OFD, she served as Chief People Officer at Bend Biosciences (formerly Societal, Inc.) and as Vice President of Human Resources at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services, where she led global HR initiatives.

Dan is a seasoned commercial leader with over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the life sciences industry, spanning pharma, consumer health, and animal health across B2P, CPG, and B2B channels. He joined OFD Life Sciences as Vice President of Sales & Marketing after nearly 11 years at Catalent, where he held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and strategy. Prior to Catalent, Dan held commercial positions at Bayer and what is now Henry Schein. At OFD, he leads external commercial efforts, helping clients access what he proudly calls “the coolest technology” to advance, launch, and scale their products.

Angela is an experienced leader in lyophilization, known for her broad range of experience at the intersection of science, strategy, and operational excellence. With over 18 years of experience spanning quality assurance, product development, and supply chain, she brings a proven track record of solving complex challenges to meet client needs. A strong advocate for cross-functional collaboration, Angela has led teams across various disciplines, with a particular focus on quality, business processes, and integrated business planning. Her approach blends data-driven decision making with industry insight to deliver lasting value.

Kelly brings over two decades of operations and supply chain leadership in the manufacturing industry, with deep expertise in production, maintenance, engineering, distribution, and quality management. As Vice President of Operations at OFD Life Sciences, she oversees five manufacturing plants across multiple business segments. Kelly is known for driving culture transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable process improvements. Prior to joining OFD, she held senior roles at Mondelēz International, including Plant Manager and Supply Chain Reinvention Director, where she led large-scale teams and high-volume facilities. Her leadership blends strategic vision with hands-on experience in optimizing performance across complex manufacturing environments.

Shawna brings nearly 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, with a strong focus on business development in the CDMO space. She has held key roles at leading organizations, including Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma, Patheon, Abzena, Alcami, and Adare. Her expertise spans both drug substance and drug product across biologics and small molecules, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the development and manufacturing lifecycle. Shawna’s deep industry knowledge and client-focused approach have contributed to long-standing partnerships and growth throughout her career. She plays a critical role in supporting OFD’s strategic initiatives and expanding its presence in the life sciences market.
